Haveaquote do not keep any kind of cliental information, all the insurance quotations are given by our affiliates. Haveaquote is working as an introducer and is affiliated with__________.

It is most important that the information you have given is accurate. You are advised to revisit and print off or save the pages that you have completed in order to obtain your quotation, and to keep these with your Insurance documents. If any information is incorrect or missing, our affiliate must be notified at once. Failure to notify our affiliates of any errors, omissions or amendments could result in your insurance being invalid. The information provided must be complete and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and you are reminded of your obligation to disclose all material facts. Material facts are those which are likely to influence an Insurer in his acceptance or otherwise of your risk. If you are in any doubt as to whether or not a fact is material you should disclose it. You should keep a record, including copies of letters and electronic mail, of all correspondence supplied to our affiliates for the purpose of entering into a contract.

 

Complaints Procedure

It is always our intention to provide the best possible standard of service - however, if you are dissatisfied and you wish to make a complaint we operate the following procedure:

  • Please call us on 01384 45 79 76, or write to our Customer Services Manager.
  • We will acknowledge your complaint as soon as possible and try to resolve the matter immediately.
  • If we are not able to resolve the matter immediately we will provide you with a written response within 2 working weeks of receipt of the complaint unless the matter is sufficiently complicated to warrant longer investigation or if it requires review of information from a third party, in which case you will be advised.
  • If we are unable to respond within 2 working weeks you will be advised of the reasons why, and provided with an expected timescale to receive our final response.
  • If you are unhappy with the outcome following internal investigation and decision you may refer your complaint to the Financial Services Authority (FSA).

Documentation

You are reminded that it is your personal responsibility, under the Road Traffic Acts, to ensure that you are in possession of a current valid cover note or certificate of insurance before using your vehicle on the public highway.
